Arturo Vidal performs keepy-ups with son Alonso as midfielder strides out at the Nou Camp for the first time

Arturo Vidal was joined by his son Alonso as he stepped foot on the pitch at the Nou Camp for the first time after completing his £27million move from Bayern Munich.

The midfielder, who joined the La Liga champions on Friday, showed off his skills as part of his official unveiling at the club’s famous stadium before his son took the chance to show off his own.

The 31-year-old was all smiles as they performed kick-ups in front of hundreds of Barca supporters on a Sunny day in Spain.Alonso, who has a unique haircut just like his father, looked to be having the time of his life as they knocked the ball to one-another.

Vidal was presented with his new shirt by Barcelona’s vice-president Spanish Jordi Mestre earlier in the day.The Chilean signalled his intent to help his new team win trophies in the coming seasons on Sunday.
