Youth Collaboration will report to Senior Program Manager, Youth Collaboration and Networks that is responsible for planning and executing youth engagement activities in the Program Team area. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in international development. Experiences related to youth, wealth. Demonstration based on the foundation of listening, respect, courage, humility, innovation, and collaboration. Knowledge and experience in sub-Saharan Africa is required. Focused on research and analysis; be able to create summaries and reports from multiple sources. Ability to work independently and as part of a team A role requires a person who is flexible, organized, and capable of managing a variety of work responsibilities. Experience with social media platforms (video assets). Excellent introduction, organization and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required. Youth Engagement Support: Provide administrative and material support to youth advisory groups throughout the Community. Working with Senior Program Manager, Youth Collaboration and Partner Program Manager, Youth Engagement in Foundation cut-off initiatives for Foundation alumni. Conducting desk research on youth profiles, policy and institutional frameworks for country teams. Provide ongoing support to the young people we invite to attend and speak at events. Managing and maintaining a database of youth for Primary and Country programs.
